As a Swan & Sparrow Travel Vacation Specialist (independent contractor), you set your own hours, decide whether to work from home or an office, and contribute as much time and effort to your business as you want. You will be prospecting for sales leads and investing considerable effort to find new clients. You will be consulting with clients over the phone, via text messages, and by e-mail to assist them in securing their perfect vacation. You will book travel reservations via phone and online reservations systems and will carefully track bookings for changes and updates. You will earn a generous commission for the travel products and services you book for your clients, and other than an annual administration fee and Customer Resource Management (CRM) system fee, there are no required costs to you.

Minimum qualifications:
Recent travel experience
Social media presence over multiple platforms
Prior sales experience
Exceptional written and verbal communications abilities
Exceptional, demonstrated customer service abilities
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Exceptionally detail-oriented
Ability to work well independently and as a member of a diverse team
Preferred qualifications:
Personal experience with All-inclusive resort, cruise line, theme park resort, luxury destination, European, and/or Caribbean travel
Prior commission-based compensation experience
